Kiosk display program
Kiosk Display Showcase what your office recommends.
The kiosk display puts the products you recommend in front of patients while they wait, so the purchase happens in your practice instead of at a pharmacy shelf. Its digital screen educates patients, and kiosk displays are licensed to qualifying practices at no cost.

It takes less floor space than a waiting room chair.
The Slim Tower stands tall and narrow, so it draws the eye upward instead of spreading across your floor. Practices place it in the optical showroom, beside front reception, along an exam hallway or wherever patients naturally pause on the way out.
- Base of 24 in wide by 12 in deep
- 6 ft 1 in tall, up to 100 products
- 100% metal, ships assembled
Swap out a single chair and the floor barely notices the kiosk display is there.

It keeps the purchase in your practice.
Many dry eye purchases happen after the patient leaves, at a pharmacy shelf with none of your guidance. The kiosk display keeps the products you recommend in view, the screen answers questions while patients wait, and buying from your practice becomes the easy path.
- Your recommendations stay visible at the moment of interest
- The screen plays video content that educates patients
- RescueLink is built in for when a patient is ready to buy
Each part of the display has one job.
Turning the trust you built in the exam room into a purchase that happens in your practice.
More awareness
Products sit in the open on lit shelves, so patients see what you recommend instead of forgetting it by checkout.
Patient education
The screen plays video on dry eye, your products and the procedures you offer, turning wait time into informed questions.
Organized inventory
Your dry eye products stay merchandised in one clear place, so staff and patients know where to look.
A natural place to point
When the doctor recommends a product, staff can walk the patient to the display and finish the conversation there.

Systems overview
Three models, one program.

Stock it like a checkout lane, not a pharmacy.
The wins are small, recognizable items a patient grabs without deliberating. Overload it with specialty products and nobody touches it. Where it sits and clear pricing matter more than how big it is.
Stock fast movers and kits
Lead with recognizable best sellers and simple starter kits.
Place it in traffic
Waiting area or checkout, in clear view, not in a corner.
Price it clearly
Obvious pricing removes hesitation at a self-serve display.
Pair it with RescueLink
Anything not on the display still routes to the patient.
When a kiosk display earns its place
| A kiosk display fits when | Hold off when |
|---|---|
| Steady patient traffic through the office | Volume is light and the shelf turns slowly |
| The stocked shelf and RescueLink already work | The basic channels are not established |
| Someone can keep it stocked and tidy | No one has time to maintain a display |
| There is a spot patients pass or wait beside | There is no natural high-traffic location |

Frequently asked questions
Will the Slim Tower fit in my office?
In almost every case. It stands tall and narrow, with a base about the size of a nightstand, so it fits in a corner, beside the front desk, or in a pre-test or exam area. The base is 24 in wide by 12 in deep.
How much does a kiosk display cost?
Kiosk displays are licensed to qualifying practices at no cost, while supplies last. In exchange, your practice stocks and orders its dry eye products through Dry Eye Rescue and meets an annual minimum. Request one and our team will confirm what qualifying looks like for you.
Are kiosk displays guaranteed?
No. Units are limited and not guaranteed. A set number is licensed and placed first come, first served.
How do I request a kiosk display?
Use the request form on this page, schedule a call, or reach providers@dryeyerescue.com or (561) 468-8747 to plan size and placement.
When does a kiosk display make sense?
Once traffic is steady, the stocked shelf and RescueLink already work, and you have a visible spot and someone to maintain it.
What should go on it?
Fast movers, impulse-friendly items and simple starter kits.
What plays on the digital screen?
Customizable video content. You can feature the products stocked in your display, dry eye education and the in-office procedures your practice offers.
How does RescueLink work with the kiosk display?
RescueLink is built into the screen. Staff build a patient-specific cart at the display and send it by text, so the patient completes the purchase on their phone, often before they leave the office. Learn more about RescueLink.
What if a patient wants something not on the display?
Route it through RescueLink. You send a personalized product list by text or email, the patient orders in one tap, and the practice earns a 15% participation fee on the net sale of every order and reorder.
Do patient referrals and direct purchases count toward qualifying?
Yes. Online orders from patients you refer to dryeyerescue.com can be applied toward your annual minimum, and in many cases products you buy directly from manufacturers can count too. Ask our team about your current vendors.
What larger models are available?
Two. The Hybrid Display and the Large Display both hold more product and carry the same digital screen, RescueLink and licensing program as the Slim Tower. Full specs are on each product page.
How do we see wholesale pricing?
Create a free wholesale account to unlock pricing. You can register with Google or your email, then request your kiosk display.
