We are new to Dry Eye Rescue. How do we get an account?
Use any Create an account button on this page. Most practices can be approved and ordering quickly. Once your account is active you can order ScoutPro and activate the free programs.
Is ScoutPro CLIA waived, and what code do we bill?
Yes, ScoutPro is CLIA waived. Tear osmolarity testing is billed under CPT 83861. Our team can walk you through CLIA and workflow setup on your onboarding call.
What do RescueLink and the in-office displays cost?
RescueLink is 100% free for practices, and no-cost in-office display programs are available for qualified practices. Both are activated by our team during onboarding, just ask on your setup call.
