Altafluor Benox (NDC: 59390-218-05) is a sterile ophthalmic diagnostic solution combining a fluorescent corneal stain with a topical ocular analgesic, used to help detect corneal abrasions and foreign bodies.

Altafluor Benox (Fluorescein Sodium and Benoxinate Hydrochloride) 0.25%/0.4% 5mL by Altaire Pharmaceuticals.
Applications:
Commonly used for tonometry, contact lens fitting, and identifying corneal abrasions. Use as directed.
Sterile Packaging: Provided in a 5mL glass bottle with a sterile dropper for precise, safe application.
Storage Instructions:
Store refrigerated (2°C–8°C) or at room temperature. Avoid freezing or extreme heat.
Temperature-Sensitive Shipping:
