Blephagen Hypochlorous Acid for Eyelid and Eyelash Hygiene (40mL)

About the Product

Blephagen is an eyelid and eyelash hygiene solution of 0.02% hypochlorous acid in dilute saline, supplied in a 40 mL bottle with a spray pump. The same solution is also offered in an 80 mL size.

It is an eyelid cleanser used to clean the lids and lashes and to remove encrustation and debris from the lid margin. It is applied to a cotton pad or swab and wiped along the base of the lashes, twice daily or as needed.

How to Use

1. Remove any make up or lotions around your eyes.
2. Apply Blephagen Eyelid and Eyelash Hygiene solution to a cotton pad until moistened. If using a cotton swab, apply Blephagen Eyelid and Eyelash Hygiene solution to the tip of the swab.
3. Close your eyes.
4. Using a horizontal motion, gently wipe the base of all the upper lid lashes at least three times.
5. With eyes open, look up and wipe the base of the lower lashes with a horizontal motion at least three times.
6. Gently clean your lower lid from your nose to the side of your face.
7. With a new cotton round pad or swab, repeat the other eye.
8. Use twice daily or as needed/recommended.

Warnings

Caution: do not freeze.

Storage

Store with pump closed tightly after each use in its original container at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not freeze.
