Indications and Usage
First aid to help prevent the risk of infection in minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. Also aids in the removal of phlegm, mucus, or other secretions associated with occasional sore mouth.
Dosage and Administration
For minor cuts and scrapes, apply a small amount to the affected area one to three times daily. As an oral debriding agent, mix with an equal amount of water, swish around the mouth for at least one minute, and spit out, up to four times daily.
Warnings and Precautions
- For external use only
- Do not use in the eyes or over large areas of the body
- Do not use longer than one week
- Stop use and ask a doctor if condition persists or worsens
Contraindications
None.
Adverse Reactions
Generally well tolerated; local irritation may occur. Discontinue and consult a physician if irritation or redness develops.
Storage and Handling
Keep tightly closed and store in a cool, dark place.
