About the Product

LUMIFY Preservative Free Redness Reliever Eye Drops is a sterile, preservative free ophthalmic solution supplied as 20 single-use vials, packed as 4 pouches of 5 vials, with 0.013 fl oz (0.4 mL) per vial. The active ingredient is brimonidine tartrate 0.025%, a redness reliever. Each vial is used once and discarded. The carton is child-resistant.

This is an over the counter redness reliever eye drop. It is used by adults and children 5 years of age and over, 1 drop in the affected eye or eyes every 6-8 hours and not more than 4 times daily.

Inactive Ingredients

Boric acid, calcium chloride dihydrate, glycerin, potassium chloride, sodium borate decahydrate, sodium chloride, water for injection. Hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide may be used to adjust pH.

What Is Included

How to Use

Adults and children 5 years of age and over:

1. twist tab completely off to open vial
2. instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s)
3. discard vial immediately after use; do not re-use
4. store unused single-use vials in the child-resistant carton
5. do not use more than 4 times daily
6. remove contact lenses before use
7. wait at least 10 minutes before re-inserting contact lenses after use
8. if using other ophthalmic products while using this product, wait at least 5 minutes between each product
9. to avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface

Warnings

For external use only

Do not use

• if solution changes color or becomes cloudy
• if single-use vial is not intact

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye
• condition worsens or persists for more than 3 days

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Storage

Store at 15-25°C (59-77°F). Protect from light. Use only if pouch is sealed and the single-use vial is intact. The carton is child-resistant.
