ProOmega-CoQ10 is a dietary supplement in soft gel form, supplied in a bottle of 60 soft gels. The serving size is two soft gels, which gives 30 servings per bottle. Each serving supplies 1,280 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, made up of 650 mg EPA, 450 mg DHA and 180 mg of other omega-3s, together with 100 mg of coenzyme Q10. Each serving also contributes 20 calories and 2 g of total fat. The omega-3s come from purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, in a soft gel flavored with natural lemon oil.

This is a combined omega-3 and coenzyme Q10 supplement taken two soft gels a day with food, so one bottle covers both instead of two separate products, and a 60 count bottle lasts 30 days.
