Ultimate Omega Plant-Based with D3+K2 is a vegan dietary supplement in lemon flavored soft gel form, supplied in a bottle of 60 soft gels. The serving size is two soft gels, which gives 30 servings per bottle. Each serving supplies 1,210 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, made up of 660 mg EPA and 440 mg DHA, plus 50 mcg (2,000 IU) of vitamin D3 at 250% of the Daily Value and 90 mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7. Each serving also contributes 20 calories, 2 g of total fat and 10 mg of sodium. The omega-3s come from marine algal oil rather than fish oil.

This is a plant sourced omega-3 supplement with two fat soluble vitamins built into the same soft gel, taken two soft gels a day with food, so one bottle covers omega-3s, D3 and K2 together instead of three separate products, and a 60 count bottle lasts 30 days. The formula supports heart, brain, bone, mood and immune health. The soft gel shell is built from modified cornstarch, carrageenan and sorbitol rather than gelatin.
