About the Product

NuLids PRO is a handheld powered eyelid cleansing device for use in practice by eye care professionals. It works with an individually sealed, disposable PRO tip and the NuLids Revitalize eyelid gel. The unit is supplied with 20 PRO treatment packs and a two year warranty.

This is the in office counterpart to the at home NuLids device, bought by practices that want to perform lid hygiene sessions chairside rather than send the routine home. A fresh PRO tip is fitted for each patient, gel is applied, and the oscillating tip is moved along the eyelid margin for about one minute per eye, roughly two minutes in total. The device is self regulating and halts if excessive pressure is applied, and it is disinfected between patients.

How to Use

  1. Fit a fresh single use PRO tip to the device.
  2. Apply NuLids Revitalize eyelid gel to the tip.
  3. Move the tip gently along the eyelid margin for about one minute per eye.
  4. Remove and discard the tip after the session.
  5. Disinfect the device with an alcohol swab after each patient use.

Care and Cleaning

The device should always be disinfected with an alcohol swab after each patient use. PRO tips are single use and are discarded after each session, one tip per patient, so the 20 treatment packs supplied cover 20 patient sessions.

Warnings

  • Wait at least 4 weeks after surgery before use.
  • Wait at least 3 days after eyelid tattoos before use.
  • Avoid use during active ocular herpes.

Storage

Use the NuLids Revitalize gel within 12 months after opening.
