How to Use OcuTherm®
For Heated Therapy
- Microwave to desired warmth level.
- Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute heat.
- Moisturize by applying a fresh OcuTherm sheet and adding mist from the spray bottle.
- Apply the mask for 10-15 minutes to relieve dryness and tension.
For Cooling or Cold Therapy
- Cool Therapy: Use at room temperature for gentle relaxation.
- Cold Therapy: Refrigerate for 5 minutes or more to relieve swelling, puffiness, and headaches.
