About the Product

A reusable microwave safe gel eye mask supplied as a kit with an insulated cover, a refrigeration sleeve, a pack of 20 OcuTherm sheets, a 1.75 ounce spray bottle, a travel and storage pouch and a full color instruction manual.

This is the reusable hot and cold compress category. For warm use the mask is heated in a microwave, mixed so the heat is even, and used with a fresh sheet and a mist of water, then worn over the closed eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. The same mask can be used at room temperature, or placed in the refrigeration sleeve and refrigerated for 5 minutes or more for cold use.

How to Use

Warm use

1. Microwave the mask to the desired warmth level.
2. Mix the mask thoroughly to distribute the heat evenly.
3. Apply a fresh OcuTherm sheet and add mist from the spray bottle.
4. Apply the mask for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cool and cold use

1. For cool use, use the mask at room temperature.
2. For cold use, place the mask in the OcuTherm refrigeration sleeve and refrigerate for 5 minutes or more.
3. For a deeper cold, refrigerate overnight.
