Indications and Usage
First aid antiseptic to help prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes, and burns, and as a preoperative skin preparation to reduce bacteria on the skin.
Dosage and Administration
Tear at the notch, remove the applicator, and use once. For first aid, clean the area and apply one to three times daily; for preoperative use, apply to the operative site prior to surgery.
Warnings and Precautions
- For external use only
- Do not use in the eyes or over large areas of the body
- Do not use longer than one week unless directed by a doctor
- Ask a doctor before use on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns
Contraindications
None.
Adverse Reactions
Prolonged or excessive use may cause irritation or redness; discontinue if irritation, redness, or infection develops or persists.
Storage and Handling
Store at room temperature; avoid excessive heat.
