How to Use

Moist-Heat Therapy (For Severe Dry Eye, MGD, and Blepharitis)

1. For Beads:

   • Place the Beads in their fabric pockets and insert into the mesh wash bag.
   • Microwave in 1 cup of water for 45 seconds.
   • Let stand for 1 minute, then place inside the goggle.

2. For Instants:

   • Activate by clicking the internal disc until the gel pack starts heating.
   • Place inside moistened fabric pockets, then insert into the goggle.
   • After each use, boil the gel packs for 2-3 minutes to reset.

3. Place the goggle over closed eyes and wear for 15-20 minutes.
