Description

VISCOAT® Ophthalmic Viscoelastic Solution is a sterile ophthalmic viscoelastic device designed to assist qualified ophthalmic surgeons during anterior segment procedures. Its combination of sodium chondroitin sulfate and sodium hyaluronate helps maintain anterior chamber depth and protect ocular tissues during surgery.

Indications and Usage

VISCOAT® is indicated for use as an ophthalmic surgical aid in anterior segment procedures, including cataract extraction and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation. It helps maintain anterior chamber depth, improve visualization during surgery, and protect the corneal endothelium and other ocular tissues.
